It is amazing what a decent night's sleep will do! I cannot remember when I actually had a full night's sleep! Well, last night I was blessed to have some uninterrupted sleep from 11pm to 6:30am. Not a long night but it was uninterpreted and that made all the difference. Thank you Lord!

The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and I have lost 4 pounds this week! God is so good! I awoke with a rejoicing heart this morning and I just want to share some encouraging scriptures with you today. Remember, this is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.
